    Update Information is Now Easier to Read

    We've made it easier to follow what's new in focus-cafe right from this page.

    • Major updates and minor improvements are now listed separately, each with its version number
    • The body text now supports headings and bullet points, along with short videos to demonstrate changes in operation
    • You can now share individual announcements, which display a preview card with the update's title
    • Subscribe to the feed to receive new updates directly in your feed reader
    • When a new announcement is available, a small dot appears on "Sound & Guide" and disappears once read

    We also adjusted the layout of the pre-entry screen and reorganized the support links to improve the display and ensure a smoother experience.

    Important change

    Never Miss When Your Timer Ends

    Based on your feedback that the end alert was easy to miss and needed to be louder, we have completely revamped the timer experience.

    • Completion sound separated from ambient noise: Choose from 6 sounds (Bell, Chime, Beep, Alarm, Xylophone, Singing Bowl) and set your preferred volume. The alert will play even if ambient sounds are muted.
    • Repeating alert: The completion sound will now repeat until you return to the screen, tap, or scroll.
    • Quick time adjustments: Trace along the timer ring to extend or shorten the remaining time on the fly.
    • Simplified controls: Streamlined the buttons under the timer into three options: "Pause", "Restart", and "Sound".

    Other improvements:
    • Redesigned the order screen into simple cards for selecting your drink.
    • Softened the door chime when entering.
    • Removed prompts asking how to save records during support sessions, and added instant alerts if saving a record fails.

    You can now receive replies to your feedback

    You can now view replies from our team to your feedback directly in your store history. In addition, we have added immediate notifications if past posts fail to load.
